This pre-engagement website is operated in the United States under the Occupier Strategy Group business name. The website does not itself create or offer a client, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any services require a separate written agreement that identifies the contracting party and responsible professionals.
Information you choose to provide
This website does not contain an account system or a hosted contact form. If you contact Occupier Strategy Group by email, we receive the information you include in that message and ordinary email metadata. Do not send confidential lease documents, personal financial information, or other sensitive material before an engagement and secure exchange method are confirmed.
Local tools
The Lease Renewal Exposure Calculator, Stay vs. Move Cost Screen, and Industrial Lease Proposal Comparison Scorecard process the values you enter in your browser. The website does not submit those calculator inputs to Occupier Strategy Group or save them in an OSG database. A calendar, printable plan, or comparison result you generate is created locally on your device.
Technical information
The hosting and network providers used to deliver this website may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time for security, reliability, and service operation. OSG does not enable advertising trackers or sell personal information through this website.
Privacy-minimized analytics
OSG uses Google Analytics 4 in a restricted configuration to understand aggregate page use and a short list of website interactions: completion of a decision tool, selection of a marked Facility Strategy Analysis call to action, and selection of the advisory email link. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied. Google Signals, user-provided data collection, granular location and device collection, and automatic Enhanced Measurement are disabled.
Unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the Google tag runs on production visits and may send cookieless measurement requests. OSG does not set persistent analytics cookies or provide Google with user IDs, names, email addresses, inquiry content, calculator values, addresses, or confidential facility information. Google may generate transient request or session identifiers and receive ordinary network metadata such as IP address and user agent while providing aggregate measurement.
OSG removes URL query parameters and referrers from Analytics event fields. The hosting and network providers still receive the requested URL and ordinary technical request information to deliver and secure the website, so query values should never contain confidential information. Calculator values remain in the browser. Account-level Analytics data sharing is disabled for additional Google products, modeling contributions, technical support access, and business recommendations. Event data is retained for 2 months; the minimum available user-data setting is 14 months, with retention reset on new activity disabled.
The Analytics property is linked to the verified Occupier Strategy Group domain property in Google Search Console so aggregate search discovery can be evaluated alongside aggregate website use. Browser-level Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent the Google tag from loading. Because storage remains denied, OSG does not use an additional cookie-consent banner.
How information is used
Information sent to OSG may be used to evaluate and respond to an inquiry, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. It is not sold. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide email, hosting, security, or professional support.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website, or meet applicable obligations. Requests to access, correct, or delete information you sent may be submitted by email. A request may be limited where retention is required for security, legal, recordkeeping, or backup purposes.
